Ok.....


SO, I'm really needing some motivation to stay healthy and active. I already mentioned to some of you the possibility of starting another Fatty Jar Club or maybe starting our own Biggest Loser club. I want to do something that will fit with most everyone's goals. SO tell me, what's your goal? Is it to loose weight, eat healthy, exercise regularly, maintain your BMI, or what? Based off of your feedback and any ideas you may suggest, I'll try to come up with something that will hopefully be fun for us all to participate in. Hopefully we can motivate each other.

  1. I'm good with either a fatty jar or the biggest loser...we just have to get organized. Although, yes I agree, let's hear what peoples' goals are first. =)

    My goal: To trim a couple inches from my tummy and bum, firm up/build more muscle in my thighs -if that means commiting to so many hours of working out or improving my diet, I'm game. But I forbid giving up sweets entirely!

  3. Hey, Tiff here, K I'm kinda the same as sara, I've gotta get 1 inch off my tummy before Rachel's wedding! (and it wouldn't be the worst thing to get a few abs in the mean time) ;D

    My goal: Eat right, sleep right, exercise often (looking at my schedule logically, that'll probably be 3 times a week). To be more specific: lose 1 inch on the tummy!

  5. I am totally game for this competition and I am excited! I didn't do so hot this last week, but I am ready for the challenge now! :)

    My goal is to be around 210 lbs within two months. Right now I am around 200. I think this protein challenge will surely help out a lot! Thanks for the great idea!
